Howard Douglas Austin IICEO & Founder
Howard obtained his Bachelor of Science from Southeastern Louisiana University. He began working in the healthcare industry at just 21 years old. Within just three years he transformed a small startup firm into a company that generated multi-million dollar revenues. He continued his career within other organizations leading some to generate over $25 million in revenue. A blend of high-level success and heartbreaking failure taught Howard vital lessons in both business and personal development, allowing him to learn from his experiences and grow even stronger as he has continued moving forward.

Lisa CarrollBusiness Development Specialist
Originally from North Louisiana, Lisa started her professional career in sports medicine. She managed multiple large programs while maintaining extensive relationship contracts with schools and state organizations. After obtaining her Masters in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, she transitioned into Business development. Lisa specializes in connecting with individuals on a personal level, helping them identify areas they would like to improve in and developing plans to reach those goals. She has experience in retail, hospitality, construction and medical industries.
